HAB-Dragados Joint Venture is behind the new metro station and base at Fornebu, the largest underground metro system ever built in Norway. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 2.25 billion and includes, among other things, workshop areas, a car wash and parking spaces for 28 underground metro cars.

The project places high demands on documentation and collaboration. The team experienced challenges with a lack of notification and documentation from subcontractors. Requirements were often sent by email, which made it challenging to keep track and follow up effectively. The need for a more structured and transparent workflow grew in line with the number of cases and actors involved.

HAB-Dragados Joint Venture chose Endre because it is an intuitive system that provides structure and traceability in the handling of requirements and documentation. The start-up was smooth, and both the project team and the subcontractors got started quickly. The feedback has been positive, especially on the user-friendliness.
