E6 Innlandet is a large road expansion project carried out by AF Anlegg. Like most infrastructure projects, the work involves a continuous flow of contract changes that must be documented, assessed and agreed between the main contractor and multiple subcontractors.

Previously, following up change notifications required searching through emails, folder structures, servers and documents to understand the current status of a case. As the number of change requests grew, the project team saw the need for a clearer and more structured approach.

To address this, the project introduced Endre for contract administration and change management between AF Anlegg and its subcontractors. By using Endre, the project team can now see all changes in one place and quickly understand the financial impact and status of each case. The system makes it easier to follow up change notifications and maintain an overview of claims from subcontractors and what has been agreed.
