Endre has been built upon over 40 years of project expertise from AF Gruppen, one of the leading and most forward-thinking contractors in the Nordic region.

Multiple teams working on projects in AF Gruppen saw the same issue repeatedly: contract changes were difficult to manage clearly and consistently, and no good system supported this process over time.

They looked for solutions on the market, but found tools that focused either on finance, documentation or responsibilities, often serving one party better than the others. None created a shared understanding of change orders and their full impact.

This is where AF Gruppen saw the value of building and commercialising a system built around how projects actually work, where all parties can operate within the same structure and see the same status and financial consequences.

That initiative became Endre.
