ByVy

Betonmast Trøndelag is the contractor behind ByVy, a housing project on Byåsen in Trondheim consisting of 49 apartments spread over three buildings, with a total usable area of approximately 4,800 square meters. To ensure structure and control throughout the development phase, the project has used Endre as a tool for change management.

The ByVy team found that the change management process often took an unnecessarily long time. They used Word templates that had to be revised manually, and much of the communication took place via email. This led to extra work with archiving and follow-up – and made it difficult to keep track of everything.

As the number of changes increased, the need for a better workflow became clear. The project wanted a solution that could collect everything in one place and create better flow, both in documentation and dialogue.

They chose to use Endre because the system replaced Word and email with a structured, digital process. Changes could be submitted and processed directly in the system, with all dialogue collected and searchable. This saved time and provided a much better overview.

The ByVy team is happy to recommend Endre to others in the industry. The system is intuitive and easy to get started with, both for them and for the subcontractors.
